I offer a collaborative supervision space where curiosity is encouraged, burnout is addressed head-on, and your professional growth is the priority. I'm here to help you navigate the nuances of clinical work with confidence. As a clinical supervisor and therapist grounded in social justice, queerness, and decolonial frameworks, I offer a different kind of supervision experience—one that affirms your full humanity while supporting your growth as a clinician.
Who I supervise: Associate clinicians in Washington State [LMFTA, LMHCA, LSWAIC]
How we meet: Virtual, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform
Frequency: Weekly, biweekly, group or flexible depending on hours and needs
Style: Relational, Collaborative, Decolonizing
Support Includes: Case consults, business development, identity exploration, law/ethics, documentation, navigating private v insurance models, licensure prep, and so much more!
Fees: Individual - $125/hour; Group - $75/hour (min 2/max 6 attendees)
